California Recycles’ E-Waste Drop Off Service
Everybody knows that electronic waste shouldn’t go in the regular trash, but then what do you do with it? For many, broken computers and old light bulbs just sit in a closet to gather dust, but it doesn’t have to be this way. If you live in Southern California, why not visit California Recycles and make use of our e-waste drop-off service? Our center in Northridge is open for e-waste drop-off from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday (holidays excluded).
There are many reasons to bring us your unused electronics. First, you avoid our pickup fee, saving you at least $100. You reclaim space that is being taken up by broken and unused equipment. And of course, you will be working for the betterment of the environment. Our staff work hard to recycle e-waste, ensuring that any reusable materials are extracted and that any hazardous materials are disposed of properly. This keeps waste and pollutants out of the environment, making a better world for us all.
We accept a wide variety of electronic equipment for recycling. Many items we can take for free, but for some items, we do charge a fee. Please review the lists below to ensure there are no surprise fees when you come to drop off your recycling.
